We can make all kinds of colors for the beverage crates. As long as panettone numbers are provided, we can produce the colors accordingly. The most popular colors are blue, green, red, grey, yellow and black.
We provide one-color logo screen printing on the beverage crates FREE OF CHARGE as long as the order quantity meets our MOQ. You may choose to print your logos or other graphics on the short sides or long sides. Most customers prefer to print on the sides so that people can easily see their brand name while the beverage crates are being transported.
Other than mostly used screen printing, we can also do hot stamping, which can give your design a shiny, metallic finish that is sure to catch the eye. While the cost of hot stamping may be slightly higher than that of screen printing, it can be well worth it in terms of the visual impact it can create.
If you order large quantities, we can also engrave your text or graphics directly onto the beverage crates. In this way, you don’t have to worry that your logo or message will never be wiped out or fade away. To engrave the logo, we do need to make some modifications to the injection mold which can increase the cost of production.
Most of our beverage crates are big and strong. It is safe to ship them in bulk. We will nest one box into another and load them directly on the container. We will ensure that the boxes are compactly stored. This is the most space-saving way of packing which makes your shipping cost lower.
We can also provide pallet packing. Certain amounts of milk crates will be nested together and then securely placed on a pallet, ensuring maximum stability during transport. This is a much more safe way. You can easily load and unload the boxes by a forklift. With this service, you can rest assured that your goods will be transported safely and securely, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring that they arrive at their destination in the same condition they were in when they left our factory.
We will provide FREE samples for your testing before ordering. You can confirm whether the material, sizes, shape, thickness, and strength of the milk crates can meet your demand with the samples. However, we may only have certain colors in stock. If you want to confirm the specific color, we can make a small plastic color chip which is also FREE OF CHARGE for your reference. Making a sample is possible, but the cost is a little high.
You can also use the samples to ensure that the crates are the right fit for your space and that they will meet your durability requirements. With our free samples, you can feel confident that you are making the right choice for your moving and storage needs.
