We can make all kinds of colors for the collapsible crates. As long as panettone numbers are provided, we can produce the colors accordingly. The most popular colors are blue, green, red, grey, yellow, and black.
It is also possible to combine two different colors in one crate. In other words, you have the flexibility to choose a color combination that suits your personal taste or matches your branding needs.
We provide one-color logo screen printing on the collapsible crates FREE OF CHARGE as long as the order quantity meets our MOQ. You may choose to print your logos or other graphics on the short sides or long sides, or even on the top lids of the boxes. Most customers prefer to print on the sides so that people can easily see their brand name while the crates are being transported.
Other than mostly used screen printing, we can also do hot stamping, which can give your design a shiny, metallic finish that is sure to catch the eye. While the cost of hot stamping may be slightly higher than that of screen printing, it can be well worth it in terms of the visual impact it can create.
If you order large quantities, we can also engrave your text or graphics directly onto the plastic moving boxes. In this way, you don’t have to worry that your logo or message will never be wiped out or fade away. To engrave the logo, we do need to make some modifications to the injection mold which can increase the cost of production.
We use double corrugated paper cartons to pack our collapsible crates. Our team of experts will ensure the items are well protected in transportation. And the package can easily pass the drop test.
VE PLASTICS will provide FREE samples for your testing before ordering. You can confirm whether the material, sizes, shape, thickness, and strength of the collapsible crates can meet your demand with the samples. You can also use the samples to ensure that the crates are the right fit for your space and that they will meet your durability requirements.
However, we may only have certain colors in stock. If you want to confirm the specific color, we can make a small plastic color chip which is also FREE OF CHARGE for your reference. Making a new sample with specific color is possible, but the cost is a little high.
The production of collapsible crates is a process that not only includes the injection of each individual part but also the time-consuming assembly of those parts. So it takes a little more time to produce collapsible crates than regular plastic crates. The delivery time for your order will be based on the quantity you require and any other unique specifications that you may have. Normally it will take about 25-30 days.
