If you are using plastic crates to store vegetables and fruits, it is important to consider the safety of the food you are storing. It is recommended that you use food-grade plastic crates to ensure that your food does not become contaminated with toxic chemicals.
VE PLASTICS vegetable & fruit crates use food-grade plastic help to extend the shelf life of your produce by providing a clean and safe environment for storage. This is especially important if you are storing fruits and vegetables that are prone to spoiling quickly.
We have a wide range of colors available for fruit & vegetable crates. We can produce these colors according to the panettone number provided. The most popular colors are blue and white. Our team can also work with customers to create custom colors that match their specific branding or design needs.
We provide one-color logo screen printing on the fruit & vegetable crates FREE OF CHARGE as long as the order quantity meets our MOQ. You may choose to print your logos or other graphics on the short sides or long sides. But since the sides are ventilated, the printing area is relatively small.
Other than mostly used screen printing, we can also do hot stamping, which can give your design a shiny, metallic finish that is sure to catch the eye. While the cost of hot stamping may be slightly higher than that of screen printing, it can be well worth it in terms of the visual impact it can create.
If you order large quantities, we can also engrave your text or graphics directly onto the fruit & vegetable crate. In this way, you don’t have to worry that your logo or message will be wiped out or fade away. To engrave the logo, we do need to make some modifications to the injection mold which can increase the cost of production.
We have three ways for your choice to pack the fruit & vegetable crates.
We will provide FREE samples for your testing before ordering. You can confirm whether the material, sizes, shape, thickness, and strength of the crates can meet your demand with the samples. However, we may only have certain colors in stock. If you want to confirm the specific color, we can make a small plastic color chip which is also FREE OF CHARGE for your reference. Making a sample is possible, but the cost is a little high.
You can also use the samples to ensure that the crates are the right fit for your space and that they will meet your durability requirements. With our free samples, you can feel confident that you are making the right choice for your fruits and vegetables storage needs.
Typically, we maintain a small inventory of 100-200 pieces of crates in stock, allowing us to promptly ship them out after they have been packed. However, only blue color may be available.
If you require a larger quantity, we will need to arrange for production to meet your specific needs. As such, the delivery time for your order will be based on the quantity you require and any other unique specifications that you may have.
